Sigma Engineered Solutions' 1-gang non-metallic weatherproof outdoor while-in-use electrical kit offers a complete cover, junction box, and GFCI receptacle installation solution. The outdoor cover is 3-1/8" deep, allowing the included Tamper Resistant, Weather Resistant (TRWR) outlet to be utilized even with the cover closed in wet and damp locations. The patented corner hinge design enables both vertical and horizontal installations, reducing the setup process. Additionally, the cover can be locked to restrict unwanted access and prioritize electrical safety.

This kit provides WEATHERPROOF PROTECTION, significantly improving electrical safety during outdoor activities by offering robust protection for in-use plugs and outlet boxes. The COMPLETE KIT includes a Metal Junction Box with (3) 1/2" Holes, (2) Closure Plugs, a Tamper Resistant and Weather Resistant (TRWR) GFCI Receptacle, and a Plastic In-Use Cover with Gasket and Hardware.

The FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION OPTIONS allow for easy mounting in either a vertical or horizontal position to suit the required orientation and your available space and style, thanks to the patented corner hinge design.

The ADDED SECURITY feature includes a locking tab that can be secured at the bottom with an opening for electrical cords. This design ensures your appliances remain operational while preventing accidental access.
